Premium adjustable model has a weight-lift capacity of 500 lbs.

The Squat Harness™  is designed to work anywhere with one, or several resistance bands combined, or connect to a cable pulley machine.

Use for classic squats, “good-mornings”, and lunges, or try wearing logo-side forward and doing cable crunches or band-assisted Nordic curls.

Harness is tested to lift up to 550 lbs. of weights.
